About the Campaign

Amphetamines are a group of drugs commonly known as Ice, Meth or Speed.

Each week in Perth at least 70 people end up in the emergency department, and at least 20 people end up in psychiatric care as a result of using Amphetamines.

The Drug Aware ‘Ice Campaign’ was developed in response to an increase in Amphetamine-related harm being experienced by young people across Western Australia. Find out what guided the development of the new Ice Campaign.
